Lose To Gain was founded in March 2017 by Sajedur Rahman, while he was studying Fitness Nutrition at International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He created the fundamental nutrition guideline & shared it through his free book “Fit Guide” to help people to get fit with the knowledge of Quantified Nutrition.
